EBS is the business solutions wing of Covey, the treasure store of lived experience that came from building a multi-generational nationwide business – Corsicana Bedding – from the ground up.
We've taken that experience and built a wide-ranging ecosystem of companies, investment vehicles, and philanthropic ventures that we use to help leaders define success and empower them to pursue it.
The EBS Leadership Team
Kim Cobb
President
Kim focuses on strategic initiatives, operations leadership, and our investment portfolio management. She serves businesses and their owners through board involvement and by providing advisory services.
Erica Pickens
Corporate Controller
Erica leads day to day operations of several of the portfolio companies, particularly focusing on financial accounting management, advisory services and client relations. In addition, she serves as the Treasurer to the Moran Family Foundation.
A Strong & Capable Execution Team
Our team, all local and in person at our Corsicana office, is made up of over 30 accounting and finance professionals. This allows us to serve as part-time bookkeepers for a small business up to a full accounting department for midsized businesses.
